About this Event
Please join Staff Council for an outdoor screening on Sewall Field of Disney’s Encanto on May 22nd. All staff and families are welcome to join us for this free event. Popcorn and parking are complimentary! Games and music start at 7:00 pm, and the movie starts at dusk. You are welcome to bring picnics, snacks, lawn chairs and blankets. See you there!
Free parking available in lot 380 until full. Code required (SCM498).
Purchasing Event Parking Permits (Voucher)
- Go to https://www.colorado.edu/pts/
- Select Online Services (top right corner of web page or tile on main page)
- Select Purchase Event Parking
- Select Event Type (Other Events)
- Select the Event you are attending: 5.22.24 Staff Council Movie Night
- Enter Voucher Code (SCM498) Click Apply Voucher
- Select the Permit Type ($0 permit will pop up select it to continue)
- Select the Location (Lot 380 should display correct location already, just click on it)
- Add your Vehicle Information (click add vehicle button to add information)
- Check Out
- Select Online Services (top right corner of web page or tile on main page)
