The Spring Mindfulness Series is a 4-week, 8-session virtual program running from May 5 to May 29. The series is designed for individuals who are looking to deepen their practice through advanced tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness.
In this session, we will revisit the foundation tools of mindfulness including posture, breath and mindful attention. Explore what tools help you to “arrive” in the present moment. Practice mindful breathing and body awareness in extended silence.
