Join round-table conversations to learn, share, and discuss examples for departmental teaching evaluation developed by colleagues here at CU! Roundtables will include topics such as tools for peer review, collecting student perspectives, guidelines for self-review, developing clear criteria for reappointment, promotion, and tenure, and defining meritorious and excellence in teaching. We will have examples on hand but participants are welcome and encouraged to bring and share their own examples or draft materials they’d like feedback on. While particularly relevant to A&S units engaged in the Quality Teaching Initiative, this workshop is open to anyone interested in advancing quality teaching evaluation in their unit. Light refreshments will be provided.
