leading health and performance experts will take the stage for The Science of Staying Strong: Performance & Longevity for Life—an educational evening focused on practical, science-backed strategies to help people move better, recover faster, and stay strong for life.
 

The event begins with an interactive wellness technology showcase from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, where attendees can explore modern recovery and performance tools in action, including hands-on demonstrations and informal Q&A with clinicians. From 6:00 to 7:30 PM, local medical and movement experts will share presentations on topics ranging from movement longevity and inflammation to neuroperformance and injury prevention. The program will conclude with a panel discussion and audience Q&A.
