About this Event
View mapJoin us as we explore "Perspective", one of the eight pillars of joy offered by the Dalai Lama and the Archbishop in The Book of Joy.
In this practice on September 20, 2023 from 12 p.m. - 12:50 p.m., we will explore how to widen our perspective to invite joy into our lives. We will explore the nature of awareness and the ways in which widening perspective can reduce stress and cultivate wisdom, peace, and compassion.
Facilitated by Sona Dimidjian, director of Renée Crown Wellness Institute; Sapp Family Endowed Chancellor's Chair for Research Excellence; and professor of Department of Psychology and Neuroscience
