6th annual Martz Winter Symposium: The State of State Public Lands

Armchair Discussion with Dan Gibbs, director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources

We will open the symposium Thursday evening with a discussion with Dan Gibbs, the new director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, who will discuss "The State of State Public Lands." Gibbs will address the current state of oil and gas regulations and Western water policy.
