Panelists:
Professor Creola Johnson is the President’s Club Professor of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Professor Johnson is an expert on bankruptcy, commercial law, consumer law, mortgage foreclosure, paydayloans and predatory lending, and she teaches classes in those legal areas.

Jon Sirkis is a lawyer in Boulder, Colo. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado in 2004. In his private practice, he represents clients on immigration, traffic, and criminal matters. Since 2013, he has also served as CU Student Legal Services’ immigration attorney.

Harry Budisidharta is the executive director of the nonprofit Asian Pacific Development Center in Denver, Colorado, where he works with government officials and community partners to address health disparities in the refugee and immigrant communities. Before joining ADPC, he practiced criminal law as both a Public Defender and a private practitioner. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. Harry has received many awards.

Lee Dunham is currently a freelance contract attorney who “ghostwrites” appellate briefs and motions for other attorneys across the US. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. After law school, she received a job offer from a large corporate law firm but decided against pursuing a career in "Big Law." Instead she worked as a Legal Aid lawyer for two years, representing extremely poor clients in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia in landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, family law and domestic abuse cases. She has also worked as a bankruptcy and business law attorney both in Virginia and Colorado, including several years in her own solo consumer Bankruptcy practice.
