Thriving at CU is a professional development program for tenure-track, teaching, and clinical faculty designed to promote a sense of belonging, community, and ownership. The workshops and dialogues are sessions that provide faculty many of the tools not only needed to be successful here, but also to feel at home at CU Boulder.

This panel discussion is designed to help new faculty navigate their first year by offering insights on themes such as balancing research, teaching, and service, establishing a research agenda, managing work-life balance, overcoming imposter syndrome, and building a professional network.
