Town Hall: Upcoming Procedure Changes and Project End Dates
Please join us for the third in our series of informational Town Hall meetings to introduce upcoming fall 2018 system changes in HCM and Finance that will enforce project end dates. These changes will impact transactions associated with payroll, Concur, Marketplace, and journal entries.
The Campus Controller’s Office, Department of Human Resources, and the Office of Contracts and Grants will present information about activities taking place between now and fall 2018 go-live. Departments will be asked to review/clean up position data and to be involved in system testing. We also look forward to your input regarding process changes on project extensions and best practices for managing close-outs by project end dates.
