Evaluating completed work is one of the most important aspects of our teaching “process,” and nowadays, grades serve as a main instrument of evaluating. However, grades do not always reflect real progress and can often be discouraging and frustrating. We want to share our ideas how to make evaluation more beneficial by minimizing or rethinking the usage of grades in your classroom with activities, self-evaluation, and other forms of assessment.
