This workshop will provide an overview of best practices and tips for updating your unit’s bylaws and other assorted policies such as merit evaluation. It will focus on how clear and updated policies positively impact your unit’s culture, but also the nuts and bolts of updating unit policy in a way that aligns with university and system policy. Presented by Pat Ferrucci, Chair and Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism; Stacey Schulte, Director and Teaching Professor of the Program in Environmental Design; and Peter Hamlington, Chair and Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
