Join Program Council for their annual concert on Farrand Field at WelcomeFest 2025!

Admission is free to all CU Boulder students who provide a valid Buff OneCard at wristband distribution locations. Wristbands will be distributed between Farrand Hall and Farrand Field, UMC Arcade, Dirks Patio (outside the C4C) and Williams Village starting at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23. Additionally, wristbands will be distributed at 4 p.m. at the tents next to Imig Music.

Wristbands are required. for entry to the event. Please check the Program Council website for more information on wristband locations and a list of items not permitted to bring to the event.
