Challenges to student wellness on college campuses are a growing concern. Yet relatively little guidance is typically provided for instructors on best practices for addressing student mental health concerns arising in classroom settings. This workshop will focus on student mental health concerns instructors may encounter, practical strategies and resources for addressing them effectively and sensitively, and areas to further enhance student wellness in the classroom.
