What Keeps Law Firm Leaders Up at Night? (And what should you worry about even as a solo or small firm leader?)

On Wednesday, Oct. 14, from noon to 1:30 p.m. MDT, join the University of Colorado Law School for a virtual lecture titled "What Keeps Law Firm Leaders Up at Night?," presented by Amy DeVan, Executive Director of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP. Amy will elaborate on ethical issues impacting the practice of law including competence, conflicts, technology, malpractice risks, communication with clients, diligence, money, and intangibles such as mental health issues and substance abuse.

Law firm leaders, from Big Law to solo practitioners, spend (or should spend) a lot of time thinking and worrying about the ethical issues related to the practice of law. This was true before the COVID-19 pandemic, it is true now, and it will be true long after we emerge from this strange and intense period. So, what are leaders worrying about, what are their thoughts about those worries, and what are the answers?

Two ethics CLE credits are pending for this event. To register, visit: https://cu.law/RegisterEthics.
