Work-Life Balance While Working From Home
A recent study suggests that workers in the U.S. have been working on average three-hours longer since mid-March. This hour-long workshop goes into detail about the unique challenges to work-life balance we may be tasked with while working from home. You'll also learn immediately applicable tips to take back control of where and how you're allocating your valuable time and energy.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Define work-life balance
- Understand that work-life balance is highly personalized
- Recognize warning signs and common traps that lead to work-life imbalance
- Apply skills to promote balance.

Who Should Attend
This workshop is intended for any CU Boulder faculty or staff member who wants to expand their interest, creativity, and productivity in work as a result of (not in despite of) increased work-life balance.
