About this Event
Yoga with the Dinosaurs
Every Tuesday in April at noon at the CU Museum of Natural History, Henderson Building.
Take a break amongst the fossils at the CU Museum Paleontology Hall. Recharge with an inward journey into movements and poses designed to soothe the nervous system and stimulate the natural healing response. Whether you are old, young, flexible, stiff, or “don’t do yoga,” this is a modern yoga practice for you.
Please wear comfortable clothes (work clothes are fine as long as they have some flexibility, i.e. avoid skirts or tight pants) and bring a yoga mat or towel since we’ll be sitting and lying on the floor.
For faculty, staff and students at no charge. Come early to grab a spot!
Email Susanna.Drogsvold@colorado.edu to sign up.
Susanna Drogsvold, RYT, KYT, has been exploring and teaching body/mind contemplative practices for more than 40 years, including 10 years on the Movement Studies faculty at Naropa University.
