Zen Weekly Meditation
Interested in learning to meditate? Looking to unwind at the end of a busy day? Already have a practice and want to meet others who share your passion for zazen? Introduction to zazen, 25 minutes of meditation, brief dialog about sitting practice, then optional 10 more minutes of meditation. Open to all students, faculty, and staff. Come join a community of people who share your desire for living a more centered, positive, joyful, conscious life.
